Parts
Department
Our Parts Department's houses an impressive inventory.
Orders can be shipped to your facility within a 24 hours.
We have a Factory Direct Ship Program which is another
option in the event your item is not in stock. Our Departments
are fully computerized for maximum efficiency to better
serve our customers needs. Our Equipment Parts Department
was recognized by the Toro Company in 2000 as Best in
Parts in the US.
Service Department & Technical Support Staff
One of our greatest assets is our Service Department and
Technical Support Staff serving our customers needs after
the sale has been consummated. Our Technical Support Staff
consists of 12 individuals who are Factory Trained and
Certified. Nine of our Technicians are based in house
and three are Road Technicians who are radio dispatched
to efficiently service our customers in the field. Road
Technicians are equipped with an extensive inventory of
parts to save on downtime. Service Division &
Staff were recognized by the Toro Company in 1998 as Best
in Service in the US.
